Quick facts

Members can track time, manage clients/projects/tasks, and log expenses — but never see rates, costs, budgets in dollars, or invoice totals.
Only admins can create invoices, push to Xero, or import from Harvest.
One running timer per person. Time entries lock automatically once they're on an invoice pushed to Xero.
